Tanvaldský Špičák is a mountain and ski area in the north of the Czech Republic in the middle of the Jizera Mountains. It is located above the village of Albrechtice v Jizerských horách and is the most important ski area in the region. At an elevation ranging from 540 to 830 meters, Tanvaldský Špičák offers great opportunities for summer and winter sports enthusiasts.

From the 22-meter high observation tower on the summit of Tanvaldský Špičák, you have an impressive panorama view of the Jizera Mountains. The region is very popular with hikers and mountain bikers in summer. The numerous mountain streams and ponds provide a refreshing break after a long tour through the spruce forests. With a little luck you may even find a lynx or wild sheep here. The ski resort of Tanvaldský Špičák together with Severák and Bedřichov form the ski area of Jizerky, a popular destination for skiers, snowboarders and cross-country skiers. The slopes are diversely designed for beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. Because of the great slopes, the ski area is also frequently a venue for competitions.
