Nittel on the Upper Moselle is a municipality in the Trier-Saarburg district in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate/Germany. It is home to around 2,591 people. Nittel is an accredited health resort located in the southwest of Germany along the river Moselle, which is known for its picturesque scenery and its winemaking.
