Schöfweg is a German municipality located in the Lower Bavarian district of Freyung-Grafenau. It is home to around 1,310 people. Sitting in the Bavarian Forest at the north face of 1,1011m Brotjacklriegel mountain, Schöfweg is 45km from Passau, 18km from Grafenau, 25km from Deggendorf and 22km from Regen.
Schöfweg is part of the Sonnenwald region along with the communities Grattersdorf, Innernzell, Schöllnach and Zenting.
